Frequently Asked Questions
Registration
​
There are a few ways to register.
1. Use the registration form in this website
2. Email to enquiry@sgyctuition.com and state the slot and subject you want
3. Call / SMS 9099 2007 for more information

Upon confirmation of tuition slots, a 1 month (4 lessons) tuition fee deposit and 1 month (4 lessons) tuition fee have to be made.
​
Should a student miss one lesson, he/she can sit in another lesson.
​
Withdrawal
​
A 1 -month written (email/letter) notice is needed. Fees for remaining 4 lessons will be offset against current month's school fees and the 1 month deposit paid. Any remaining will be refunded back to parent in form of cheque only.
Materials & Assignments
​
We provide notes, worksheets, assignments at our own cost.
Reasonable assignments will be given to students each lesson.

- Go through grammer, vocabulary, idioms
- Learn answering techniques
- Composition (Creative Writing) and Comprehension - alternate lesson

Extra Lessons (FOC) - Unique to our Center
- Assessment and selection of students will be done by tutor.
- Weaker students may be asked to re-sit in other lessons or the tutor will set up a new class to coach these students.
- Should student dont understand a particular lesson, he/she can re-sit in another class subject to seats availability

To Parents

We are a ACRA registered company with qualified and passionate tutors.
Each parent will be given a quaterly update on the progress of the student via email. Please feel free to contact our tutors during off duty hours.

We have a referral fee system. Each successful referral will be entitled for a $10 rebate off next month's tuition fee for both referree and new student.

Fees
​
Tuition fees have to be made on a per month basis, on the first lesson. For students who commence tuition on the 2nd-4th lesson, fees will be pro-rated. A reminder in form of email, sms and note will be sent to parent.

We do not charge any registration fees or material fees.
